Each provider's records are separated from every other provider's, and staff only see the learners on their own profile.
Sensitive actions — approving payments, changing roles, deleting records — are written to an audit trail that administrators can review.
Providers set their own retention periods, can download a complete copy of their data at any time, and can anonymise learner records once retention expires.
